PeptiSleep works gradually with your body's natural sleep rhythm, and clinical research suggests the most consistent results come around the second and third week. For that reason, we recommend giving Brik at least 14 nights before deciding whether it's working for you.

If after that you still don't feel a difference, just reach out within 30 days of your order date and we'll take care of you. Here's how it works:

• If you ordered a single pouch, we'll refund you in full. No returns required. No shipping fees deducted.
• If you ordered a multi-pouch bundle, we'll refund the cost of one pouch right away, no return required. For the remaining unopened pouches in your order, just send them back and we'll refund those as well.

To request a refund, email us at support@briksleep.com with your order number. We'll respond within 2 business days.

This guarantee applies to your first order of Brik purchased directly from briksleep.com. Subsequent orders, subscription renewals, wholesale orders, and purchases from third-party retailers aren't covered under the Better Rest Promise, but you can cancel a subscription at any time from your account.
