We want you to sleep better, and we stand behind that with a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order.

PeptiSleep works gradually with your body's natural sleep rhythm, and the most consistent results come around the second and third week. Because of that, the guarantee asks one thing of you: give Brik a real try of at least 14 nights before requesting a refund. A few nights isn't a fair test, so we're not able to process refund requests before then.

If you've reached 14 nights and still don't feel a difference, reach out within 30 days of your order date and we'll take care of you. Email support@briksleep.com with your order number, and we'll respond within 2 business days. Your refund goes back to your original payment method.

A few details:

• The guarantee covers your first order of Brik, purchased directly at briksleep.com. One refund per customer.
• Refunds are limited to the value of one pouch. If you ordered a single pouch, we'll refund it in full. If you ordered a bundle, the refund is the value of one pouch.
  
• Subsequent orders, subscription renewals, wholesale orders, and purchases from third-party retailers aren't covered. You can cancel a subscription anytime from your account.
• If something wasn't right with your order, email us and we'll look into it individually.
