Shipping Policy
We ship from Omaha, Nebraska, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12 PM Central usually go out the same business day. Orders placed after that ship the next business day. We don't ship on weekends or US holidays.
Shipping rates
- Single pouch orders: $7 flat shipping
- Orders of 2 or more pouches: free shipping
This applies to both one-time and subscription orders.
Delivery times
We ship via USPS or UPS within the continental United States. Most orders arrive within 5 business days from the ship date. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories can take longer.
We don't currently offer expedited or overnight shipping. We don't currently ship outside the United States.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't see a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder, then email us at support@briksleep.com.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you can't find it, the first step is to check with neighbors and your mail carrier. Most packages turn up within a day or two. If it's been more than 3 business days and the package hasn't appeared, email us at support@briksleep.com with your order number and we'll work with you on a replacement.
If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement.
Incorrect addresses
We ship to the address you provide at checkout, so please double-check it before completing your order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reach out to confirm the correct address and reship it. You may be responsible for additional shipping costs in this case.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, email us at support@briksleep.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to catch it before it ships, but once an order is in the carrier's hands, we can't pull it back.
For subscription orders, you can update your shipping address, change your delivery frequency, or cancel anytime from your account before the next billing date.
